Eagle Loan's online portal is at account.eagle.com. This overview explains how to log in, what you can do online, and how to get help if you're locked out.
How to loginOpen your browser and navigate to account.eagle.com. This is the only official Eagle Loan online account portal — do not use third-party sites.
Log in with the username and password you created when you set up online access. If you haven't registered yet, look for the "Register" or "Create Account" option on the login page.
Once logged in, you'll see your current loan balance, next payment date, payment history, and options to make payments or request a payoff quote.
If you can't access your account, call Eagle Loan at 1-800-900-2130 or visit your local branch. Branch staff can reset your credentials and help you regain access.
AutoPay is the most reliable way to ensure you never miss a monthly payment. Log into account.eagle.com, navigate to payments, and link your bank account using your routing and account numbers. Some branches can also set AutoPay up for you in person at closing.
Keep enough funds in your account 2–3 days before each due date, as bank transfers can take 1–2 business days to process. A reminder set a few days before helps as a backup. Missed payments are reported to credit bureaus at 30, 60, and 90 days — set up AutoPay as soon as your loan is active.
